Tim Voigt
Owner/President

Tim began his business out of his home with his wife Sue in 1996. Since then Custom Heating & Cooling has added 10 employees, and owns and operates its own LP company. Tim and his wife have 6 children, and 1 grand child, with 2 of the 6 kids in college. Tim enjoys camping, 4 wheeling, snowmobiling, hunting with his dog "Sam" and being involved with his children's sports activities and babysitting his granddaughter.

Clarissa Rochester
Office Manager

Clarissa began working for Tim in 2001 when the business was still run out of his home. Between answering the phones, Clarissa helped take care of the kids. In 2002, Custom moved to its current location. Clarissa and her husband Ricky have 2 girls. Clarissa enjoys reading and many activities with her girls.

Christy Anding
LP Department Manager

Christy began working for us in 2011. She joined the team helping answer phones and doing other office work. She just recently moved to her current position. Christy and her husband, Gary, have three daughters. Her hobbies include reading, being outdoors, and spending time with family.

Larry Keller
Lead Service Technician

Larry started working with Tim in 1996 as a two man operation. Larry brings a lot of knowledge to the service department. If not out on service calls, Larry enjoys fishing in Canada and hunting. He and his significant other are enjoying being grandparents these days.

Mark Barth
LP Manager/Driver

Mark started with Custom Heating & Cooling in 2011. Mark had done prior work in carpentry. He came aboard doing apprenticeship work and taking continued education classes. He most recently in 2017 became our LP Manager/Driver. He and his girlfriend have kids in college and high school that are busy in sports.

Terry Rueth
LP Driver

Terry started working with Tim in 2006. Terry came with many years of driving experience in LP delivery. He and his wife Deb live in Loyal. Terry enjoys helping local farmers in his spare time.

Jason Hasz
Accountant

Jason Hasz Accountant Started with Tim in 2010 on a part time basis as he completed his schooling. He now works full time for Custom Heating & Cooling after receiving his degree from UW Eau Claire.

Robert Keller - Service Tech
Service Tech

Started working for Custom Heating & Cooling in 2012. Bobby and his daughter Mackenzie enjoy being outdoors and being out on the water canoeing.
